The Pre-Collection focused on Barbie  and all my respect and love I had for the fashion icon, particularly the 90s Barbie, mixed in with pop culture references specific to the decade, as well as fashion trends most prominent for the time. 

   I have planned for this project ever since I entered first year of university, but until the 3rd year, there had been no opportunity to bring my ideas to fruition. 

  This collection culminated in a series of paper dolls inspired by iconic dolls from Barbie decades, all ready to be dressed up in fabulous outfits designed by yours truly.  This side project was really fun and it made for a creative replacement for the regular creative illustrations.
