The comic follows the interdimensional adventures of the incompetent supervillain Nutter the Great and his lovingly dim-whitted sidekick Blank OC. 
  Lighthearted in tone, with a subtle hint of meta commentary, the project is a love letter to early 2000s children media and the many tropes that made it so highly entertaining in the first place.
